Louis George Charest Demonstrating Camera Equipment
From about 1954 to 1955 Louis George Charest was an active member of the Woonsocket Camera Club. The club held weekly Saturday meetings open to the public, and worked to encourage people's interest in the art of photography. This picture shows Louis George demonstrating a tripod-mounted early-1950s Rolleiflex Rangefinder camera with flash attachment to a young girl. Louis George was an avid photographer.
