This condo was owned by a Mrs. White. Rita had been her caregiver until Mrs. White's death about 1990. As appreciation for Rita's care, Mrs. White granted Rita use of her condo for the remainder of Rita's life, only requiring Rita to pay the monthly condo fee.
Rita's son Roger subsequently moved in and lived with Rita until Rita died 12 May 2012. Shortly afterwards, Roger moved back to Woonsocket, Rhode Island as Mrs. White's children reclaimed the condo. |
